I haven't seen as well thought out a response to a quality claim on a internet forum in a long time. Thanks for posting. Many of your competitors start flaming and shifting blame at the first sign of questioning. Kudos to you.

I've not had my own login but I decided to create one to thank you instead of using Chad or Marc's. It is clear to me that HRE needs to be more active on the forums as we can not only help combat false info, but we can be a resource as well. Thanks for taking the time to listen. Keep an eye out as we continue to improve and expand our products and service and start to be much more engaged on the forums and with our customers in general.
