Nissan GT-R SpecV unveiled!

http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/07/n...pecv-unveiled/

Nissan seriously think people will pay TWICE the price for this???
the only addition from the regular GTR is carbon brake duct, carbon wing and grille. a set of recaro seats, uglier version of the TE37, removed the rear seat and put those ghetto cover on top, slightly better suspension, a titanium "coated" exhaust, slight;y different tuning and allows an overboost feature which the 997 turbo have and the biggest upgrade would be the carbon ceramic brakes which is rumored to cost 4 million yen to replace just 4 rotors and pads.

Ugh, the wheels are trash.

At 160k, this car is a joke.

I guess they didnt want to release a time above the ringer stock GTR (7:29). They probably will find it harder sneaking their a ringer GTR V-spec the second time around.

You gotta be kidding. The GTR at $80k with no markup is a great deal for the performance you get. At $160k? I don't think so. I don't care what kind of SPEC it is.

Purchasing this car doesn't make sense any more, I rather save some cash and buy a normal GTR.

I agree with the above post though, the rims are hideous.

very very wrong price! I think buy a normal GTR and converting it into a Spec v will be cheaper!
