You got to check out these shots of this 2010 Nissan GT-R we built here at Vivid Racing. The car is equipped with the complete Vorsteiner Ventross aero kit including the carbon fiber front bumper and rear carbon fiber diffuser. The front bumper features aggressive cooler ducts in carbon and a carbon fiber lower lip. The rear diffuser fits to the stock bumper and has much more aggressive fins. This car is also equipped for power too. Built with the VR700 kit, the GT-R has the new Agency Power race downpipes, 5zigen Inconel exhaust system, Cobb AccessPort, and Agency Power intercooler pipe/intake kit. The car has been lowered on Eibach springs and rides on 20" HRE M40 Monoblock Wheels. Interesting that the owner would go through so much trouble to modify a 2010 GTR only to sell it a short time afterwards. Did he/she dislike the car? Were there any issues once it was modified? I am in the market for one and it seems like there are A LOT of used ones for sale across the country. Makes me question whether or not I am making the right decision....

 

You dont know this owner/friend then. He goes through cars like you change underwear!

 

So I guess then that this car just didn't do it for them then? I have a couple friends who have similar habits but some have found cars that they stay with longer than others. I assume if this car really "impressed" them that they might have chosen to keep it a bit longer? Either way I guess this just wasn't the car they wanted to keep "long" term..... BTW what makes you think I change my underwear all that frequently.... J/K

 

Two friends of mine have GTRs and love them but some owners are not to fond of the mechanical feeling of the car b/c it has so many computer controls/no traditional manual. One of them said that even on the skidpad the GTR will barely step out, which follows what I've read in that the GTR is very point and go, with all the computers making it easier to drive the car at it's limit, but taking some of the fun out of the drive for others. This is the reason I've heard given time and again when people are moving on to other platforms from the GTR.
