You can find the complete / official list on nagtroc, but in a nutshell (and to me only the first couple are really that useful):

New cooling vents in rear underbody
Changes to the suspension to improve ride quality
Calibration of the "comfort" mode of suspension (not verified)
Darker wheels
Addition of USB port for iPod integration or playing music on a memory stick (removed CF card interface)
Nav upgrades (clearer screen, streamlined bluetooth integration)
Double clear coat for better paint protection on bumpers
Auto headlights and speed sensitive wipers

I would go with the Best deal if its in the color you want. I think there are more changes coming for MY2012 if you want to wait, Check NAGTROC for specs
