Would have been at the track by now if it wasn't so hot!

If we run a number I will update everyone here.

Don't say that on NAGTROC. They will tell you to quit whining and just take it to the track..

The heat and humidity here has been miserable. Hell, if this were my car, I would wait until fall to run it.

Yeah, for those wondering, at considered facilities last week the DA was 3500-4000' at tracks between 700-1000' above sea level.

If we are going to take the time and resources to spend a day at the track, we are going to make it count, I think that goes without saying.

That's understandable.
Just sitting in staging in those temps/humidity can be unbearable.
I'm sure this car will perform, but I can also understand everyone getting antsy for some results.
I'm sure it will be worth it.
Good luck.

I go back to my nitrous suggestion that was challenged by a few who laughed at my suggestion about the intake air cooling properties... A small shot (100-200) would help a lot in these temperatures!

Well , right now the weather is stupid HOT...

SPE ran in 5000DA a few months ago in vegas ... it was brutal 9.2@ 156 on 33 psi ..IIRC on full tilt (38psi) they made 1198whp on a mustang dyno.. Had the engine on the spe car not let go, Hing was going to run it on KILL mode... which would have been close !

anywho.. yea its beyond HOT across the country

No, it doesn't need any more power. Just a few tweaks and better traction.
