New High Octane Gas In Los Altos

A gas station I use just upgraded to VP Gas some kind of racing gas they claim, anyhow they now have 100, 93, and 87 Octane at the pump. Located in Los Altos Rancho Shopping center on Foothill Xway.

100 octane at 76 station on the corner of Foxworthy and Almaden Expressway, San Jose.

I'm glad to hear there is some in Los Altos now! Great call to put one there, lots of high performance cars live around there. Now if we could just get Los Gatos to do the same...

you can get 100 and 110 (leaded) at the pump on 680 just past fremont (forgot name of little country road - was it Sunol?)

blacktrax in milpitas used to carry 108 unleaded but not sure if they do anymore.

Infineon in Sonoma carries it when they're not having events.

good to hear about the Los Altos location - i just need to find one in the San Francisco area and I'd have complete range throughout the Bay Area.

I run about 1/4 tank 100 and the rest 91. The blower likes 93+ octane best.

Good looking out!

I'm a regular at the foxworthy location mentioned above. The problem with that location is you have to drive to San Jose for it...and well...sj means SJPD. Nuff said... :x

I'm very down for Los Altos.

The only benefit that I have found of driving to the SJ location is I can then drive west on Almaden expressway to Old Almaden and then take Hicks Rd over to Los Gatos, that's a great drive.

It starts at the back of the reservoir and hits Shanon Road. Then
Shanon ends on Los Gatos Blvd in LG. A GREAT drive.

FYI: 76 station on highway 4 as you enter Stockton before highway 5 (from the Oakley/Brentwood/Discovery Bay direction that is) has 100 octane. Bought some a couple of weeks ago for $6.69 a gallon and did 2:1 (100:91), didn't feel too much other than a little better response in acceleration.
