I heard the founder of ASP sold the shop to few young people too.
At the very last time I stopped by inside of ASP, Those new faces was building a 1000+hp turbo machine for drags. I guess they are doing pretty well for new business.

 

The original owners were getting tired of the business anyway. They probably cashed out well.

 

The original owners of ASP are all my boys from years ago. It went from 4 owners, then finally down to 2. Then they decided to sell finally. They ran that shop for a long time, it used to be in the Sunset. And before then they ran it out of Ultrasoundz Records in the back! Haha...

I have seen that white GT2 too though. Looks clean.

I started going to them when they were over in Sunset. Wasn't it on Noriega? When did they sell ASP and what are they doing now?

At very last time I met Mr. Lxxxxxxx and his lady friend...was in a restaurant near by Ranch99 Daly city almost 2 years ago.Smiles on his face always and his black CLK.

 

They sold it last summer i think? It's been a while. Everyone is doing their own thing [nothing car related], but they all still hang out every now and then. I actually designed their first website 10 years ago. Ahhh, the good ol days.

 

I took my car to them twice and now I forgot their names.

 

What does ASP stand for? Would you recommend the new guys who run the shop?
