Park Place has had this for 6+ months:

Looks pretty clean and is priced fairly for the year/miles. Is anyone familiar with this car? Any stories/issues?

I looked at that car last June before I bought mine. Looked clean, and drove fine besides alignment issues. It was there for over 6 months in June, so it's been there for awhile. I never did a PPI because I wasn't 100% sold on the color. White was my first choice so I held out for that.

 

It looks like a nice car.

 

My friend looked at that car last April, he test drove it and I was in it, but he thought the mileage on that car was a bit high for him, he ended up bought a 993TT out of state !

 

I have heard numerous horror stories about park place and the fact that the car has been sitting there for ages presents a red flag imho.

 

It's been there for a LONG time, & they want to sell it!

The rear package tray is falling apart, but other then that, it looks solid, there are no oil stains under the car. But, I just looked at it, & didn't drive, for fear, of purchase.

 

993TT are not easy to find and when priced right they do not sit around...

is that tuna or trout or salmon I smell...

Great taste buddy.
I would go for a car with the lower mileage. For reference, I sold my mint black/black 993tt w/ 30K miles 3 years ago for only $65K.
