Sunday March 16th Drive....Are you in?
bojan,
you can come along and register at the event itself. you can register for "time only" or, whichever class you fit in. if you'd like, you can meet us at whole foods, bellevue on sat. at 7:00 am and we'll all go down together. carlos will be new as well.
here is the autoX info:
Autocross #1 of 8
CategoryAutocross
LocationBremerton Motorsports Park
Start3/15/2008 8:00 AM
End3/15/2008 3:00 PM
Description: Autocross is a closed-course, timed, solo driving event. Each driver gets four to five runs and the best times of the day are compared per class. Drivers compete through-out the season and the winners per class are often not known until the last run of the last event.
Autocross is a fun, social driving event. A great way to get to know your fellow clubs members while tuning your driving skills. All levels of drivers are welcome. Must be a PCA member or invited to attend as the guest of a member. Advanced registration strongly recommended.
Additional information can be found in the Autocross section under At the Track.

ok, I lied, I do have an idea. When I was at the Brown Bag in Kirkland last weekend, I asked and the girl behind the front counter and she said she'd heard something about the lease expiring and they wanted too much money... but she didn't exactly look smart so take that for what it's worth.
Typical 6 speed Northwest thread. Starts out with an inquiry about who is interested in a BMW CCA tour that includes a parade lap at Pacific Raceways. Then it morphs into who can go or not go. (Truth be known you should be a BMW CCA member to join their group. Last year there more than 35 cars.) Then there is the discussion of where to meet beforehand followed by breakfast plans and then it turns out we're talking about an autocross not a tour. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll be at the Brown Bag at Totem Lake (on 116th) at 7:30am.
I guess I'm to old to keep up with you youngsters.

run # 3 is the best

RS4 weighs 400 lbs less and has a 20 hp advantage over stock M5..
RS4 is a perfect "get to the mountains fast" though...

The autox probably should have been put in a new thread rather than take this one over..
On a side note, I think the brown bag in Totem Lake is a great spot. Especially for us Kenmore/Canyon Park boys like Carlos, Mitchel, etc.. I'm down.. who else is for bfast?
