Last year several coworkers and I got together and rented a few laser guns. One was brought by a cop down from Vancouver. Anyway, I can't remember the models of the guns off the top of my head, but they're the most common around here and one of the hardest to jam. We had everything from the Laser Pro Park (My car) to Jason's Escort SRX, a few Blinders, and even one pre-production unit.

The top of the list was the LPP on my car and a Z4 followed every so closely by Jason's SRX (we punched through once at about 300 feet iirc but that could have been due to the placement of the heads. Overall, I'd feel safe with that unit) One of the blinders did ok, but it was still hit or miss. There was a second blinder there as well that was a piece of crap and hardly blocked anything.

Also just in case anyone was wondering, we all got to shoot the laser gus but we did have the cop from vancouver and a former cop from Seattle run the guns most of the time to see if they had any tricks they could use to try to get through the jammers. There was no change in the results with them.

On a side note, several cars had jammers in the rear of the car... none of these performed very well. When we aimed right at the license plate, they blocked the laser, but simply by targeting the tail lights we could get a reading every time.
