just a little banter between friends... I would kill to have Mark's centercap challenges... RS, Turbo S, Horses, etc.. I might even straighten them out no charge just to get a closer look...

PJ yes it's sad. Until CanyonThompson mentioned the Crests I didn't even know the cars had them. I guess I don't pay too much attention to the details beyond the driving. MY BAD.

I had never heard of pointing center caps at the valve stem either... that tip must come from the higher order of detailers handbook...

the only thing even remotely close that I have heard was to align the valve stem on your bicycle with brand on the tire sidewall so when you get a flat in a race you just have to find the colorful brand on the tire sidewall and you are that much faster to the valve stem...

and I do not buy you "not paying attention to details"

dwnhillskater is infamous around these parts
1. People who think because they drive a car they don't have to look for motorcycles
2. 4 foot tall soccer moms driving Excursions, etc. while on the cell phone putting on their make up
3. Minivans with spinners

Oh this is very important - all four of my crests point to the valve stems of course! (I am kindof **** about lining things up - just my neurotic nature)

I'm switching them when I see your car first. So guard it with your life. Most likely when your getting me one of the several Carmel Mach's you owe me now.

Touch my crests and I'll have to use alittle muscle on you Mark Although retired for 7 years from competition, I was a nationally ranked professional (natural) bodybuilder (still lift daily to maintain my strength so I can protect my crests). And yes, I owe you a carmel mach!

Car owners not knowing how to take care of their cars.

Pulled up to the gas station the other day to find a new M5 driver filling up with low grade (87)

Poor car.
