Pet peeves...
I have a few. 
Yesterday one guy in a black C2S hit about three of them in 3 minutes.
1. Weaving in and out of traffic at speed.
2. Fog lights on when it's clear out
3. Rear fog light on in decent weather - downright annoying and n00bish IMO.
Rant off.
I've got a bunch more - but will spare you all the whining.

LOL can you come down and check mine. Which way does the horses tail have to face on a Ferrari. I'm so unconforming.
1) Cigarettes getting thrown out of cars. That's actually my 1st thru 1000th
1001) People that post online about cars they don't own but know more about them then the people that actually own the cars

As far as driving goes I can't really think of anything, but for the people that get in my car...well the list probably can go on forever. lol.
1) I can't stand when people insist on playing with the navigation/thinking it's a touch screen and smearing their dirty little fingers over it.
2) When people shut the door by pushing on the glass. (generally girls like to do this)
3) Slamming the door!
4) Insist on resting their foot against the door right by the bottom speaker.
5) Messing with the HVAC controls.
6) Farting. It still has the new car smell for a reason!!!
Well that's what I got for now. ahah.

2. People who pull left even if no on is in front of them
3. People who pull left right in front of you, causing you to change lans to the right & pass them.
4. People merging on I-5 @ 30-40mph
5. People who will not at least go 5 UNDER the speed limit! There is no need to go 40mph on the FW!!!
6 405, just all of it bothers me.

I HATE the average Seattle driver. When I first moved here I decided after having personally driven in 48 states that Seattle has the largest concentration of bad drivers.
This will keep me from living here for a long time.
