Well, yeah parking sucks -- but when there's a party, we normally have people park at the marina and boat them in.

So it's still "less than convenient", but not as bad as the actual communal/gated lot. C'mon, it's a backup.

Nope, it's lowered. After seeing what the ferry people did to a friends BMW I'm not sure I'll ever take my car on a ferry again. I had a traumatic experience myself and it wasn't even a low tide situation.
