Never been to Canlis so I can't compare.

This is a very good deal. We took advantage of it for Valentines Day, and it was more food than we could eat. We received excellent service, despite the fact that we were getting a discounted meal, and found the food choices very good, even with the limited selection.
We ended up paying more than that because we opted for the chocolate soufflé. I highly recommend this desert, it was phenomenal. They packaged the deserts that came with our meal for us, so we didn't give up those, and they made a good snack the next day.

I think Canlis is better -- service is impeccable, food is great, wine selection is obscene and it is old school Seattle, family owned, the view, etc... the only valet parkers I trust in this city.
Mortons is a chain -- the food is great at every location... the service is fine but not nearly the level of Canlis... plus you are eating in a windowless basement.
