How did this turn out for any of you guys? I am getting started on getting mine replaced now.

^^ Heard of them, never used them. Seems like Mark's garage door contact is a good way to go, I'll be giving him a call when my current projects are at that stage.

Whats the final recommendations? I have one garage bay that I'd like to put a lift in. I think I can fit the 2 cars + lift now but it'd be better if I can raise up my door rails about 3' (to be just under ceiling) and have the opener mounted higher up. Any recommendations?

my garage door on my residence is in the rest go in on the 1st of july i hope.

I also am installing two revolution lifts in my new garage.
