Hey guys,

Todd and I were down playing at Speedware today and picked up a couple of new toys. I noticed a couple of you signed up for track day on Sept 4th. Todd will be signing up for that day as well.

Anyone else going? They have a novice, intermediate, and advanced class. so those that haven't been on the track before, here is your chance to go and learn.

It would be fun to have some 6speeders go or even come down to hang out and watch! I'll be taking the day off so I can get pictures!

I'll being there as well working on fine tuning suspension settings, etc... as of yesterday, they only had 30 cars signed up

 

i think they have 4 spots left in novice and i think they have about 1/2 intermediate left to go. pj's class is getting full!

and yep! you two are the ones we saw signed up. todd wants to come and play too! =D i'll get some pics of you all out there!

 

I did their last lapping day and it was run very well, hot/catered lunch provided etc...

it is a good time and a variety of cars.

All the corner workers, safety stuff, run by a pro, very relaxed atmosphere but no relaxed in a bad way. Nicely done.

 

How much $$ are they?

^^oh...even better! they told me "about $275-300". maybe they meant that for track days in general. either way, it should be a fun day out there!

the walk in price is $270, maybe that's what i was seeing that was closer to $300.

 

I just want some lap times and splits with some software so I know where I am... maybe...

The cost of the track day is not the issue, all the other supporting things along with it. My play money is gone for a little while, & I just can't do new rubber, brakes, and all the other things.

FWIW, I was were you are, spent way, way, way to much money to play @ the tracks. Right now, my bank accounts & CC's can't support it.

Chances are it would be the silver one that comes out, that car I can walk away from, the C4S, I can't. Plus brakes, & tires cost less for it!

 

i was going to do this lapping day with todd so we can both be out there at the same time, but i'm signing up for the next one. =)
