"Builders Open" House
Location: 3461 Evergreen Point Road, Medina WA 98039
Date/Time: 10am - 4pm Saturday September 13th, you are welcome to stop by at any time.
So we're finishing up a house in Medina, WA. We will be having an "Open House". You are all welcome to stop by & check out the house. It has already been sold, owners are moving in September 15th so its the only day we can use.
Refreshments (Water, soda) & finger snacks will be provided. You can come chat with me, meet my partners and just check out this house!
Directions from Exotics on Main:
1. Go West on Main Street .2m
2. Continue on Lake Washington Blvd NE 1.2m
3. Continue on NE 12th St .7m
4. Turn right onto Evergreen Point Road 1.4m
House will be on the left side, there are 2 new homes right next to each other, ours is the first one with basement & 2 upper floors.
If you're coming from anywhere else, take 92nd Ave NE exit on 520.
Head South on 92nd Ave NE
Turn right onto NE 24th St.
Turn right onto Evergreen Point Road
Hope you all can make it. I'll be stopping by Exotics on Main that morning before I head down there myself.

i'll try to stop by and say hello and check it out

This will most likely be on Saturday the 6th. It's about 10 minutes from the Exotics on Main meet, so I figure we'll probably set it to start around 10am. I will update the first post when I have everything worked out & setup.
