All you people that are slobbering over this project have overlooked one thing. The noise being next to the 520 bridge would make any outside activities problematical, not to mention the fumes and the impending construction of a new bridge and approaches. To me the property is worth maybe $250K and then only if it can be zoned commercial.

 

Larry I haven't slobbered once. I wouldn't live there for the 250k including a house. King County I will never live and + 3 million on the noise and congestion. I'm assuming this is the type of property that will sell to someone with 20 times more money than brains and a wife that gets new **** every year.
