there is a cure for the "old man" sickness (and it doens't come in a brown bottle)

All you have to have him (or anyone) do is stretch really well for about 5 minutes before bed the night after the over exsurtion.. aka ski trip Seriously... just really stretch the legs and lower back for 5 minutes (touch toes is a simple stretch, at first just as low as you can go... hold it for about 20 seconds... then a second time, a little lower... hold.. then a third, same thing with side stretches and calfs) and voila... next morning, you will be 18 y/o again!! (instead of 40 something)

These work after "other" things that make us sore the next day too...

( I meant waxing the car !! )

he's going again today, so i'll pass the info on to him. i'll also mention about waxing the car and how that can help loosen up those muscles as well. wink*

Ok, what an awesome week this has been! We had snow, snow and more snow all this week in the mountains. I went skiing at Crystal on Weds, Alpental on Thursday and then Stevens yesterday. I put together a video using my POV.1 helmet camera setup.
Stevens Pass in the Sun

BTW, that deaf guy signing is basically saying that we're at Stevens Pass, on the Skyline chairlift and that it's a great day for skiing!

My thought was yesterday was going to be very busy, so I went night skiing with my 2 boys last night.. The air was calm and the sky was clear enough to see the moon a couple times, snow was crap (at the scummit) seemed to have been rained on... BUT it was groomed so we just did "TUCK" runs from the top. My little guys were clipping right along and it was FAST! We stayed till 10:00 when they said.. "sorry guys.. that's it"

These kids are really getting good and know how to get thier runs in!
Thanks for the video - COOL helmet cam idea!

JT thanks for the great snowmobiling yesterday. Taking a full day out of your schedule to take Zach, Emi and I up was so much appreciated. The kids had a blast and you can't hope for a better day when the kids have a blast. Pics by JT and me with his camera.

If everyone on this forum had the heart and generousity like JT the world would truly be a better place. Again thanks JT you the man

Apparently we brought the snow to the east coast. They are calling for 8 inches tonight 3 days ago it was in the mid 60's out here.

Wow nice video. Those 60-80 plus mph bursts don't even look like we are moving on those things. The kids had a lot of fun. Can't wait to take the rest of the family for a longer day. Thanks again
mark
