My office building is leaking around the glass and windows areas. I need referrals on who can redo the caulkings in the rain.

Vince has Bruce's guy been in touch. I have someone that does great work don't know how busy he is and he's got to do something for CV first.

 

he got it covered by the landlord, and the fact the rain stopped they can't find the leaks now

 

Vincent Shame on you for not owning your own building. Landlord should be you and your kids........In about 6 months you'll be able to steal a building. Start looking now....

 

I have made offer to buy it many times. May be it was for the better now that the commercial real estate market stinks. Lots of better buys out there.
Anyway, loved your posts over at the other forums. Makes me want to cry and laugh at the same time.

 

I truly think in the next 6 months you'll find some good stuff. DDS is hard to move are you the only tenant? I'm sure he's thinking that your going no where and you'll be a tenant for life. Watch for some good stuff in the near future I think March/April 09' could open up some really good stuff to buy.

No it's a big building with lots of tenants. I originally took up a big junk of the space with the attention to buy it. Lots of buys right now but the sellers are still in denial with their prices. You're right 6 months from now will be the time to crack the piggy bank. We'll talk offline!!
