So my commute to Kirkland is really starting to tax me... Fed Way to there is quick when I'm on road (5AM and 2PM) but I still feel that living closer would be better.

So I'm going to rent out my place down here and head to the eastside.

If anyone knows of or has a house for rent on the eastside, pref 3-4 BR and a garage with at least two spots, let me know. I'm looking to spend around $3000 a month or so at the top end. If there's a five room with a three car garage out there for those numbers (or close) I would be amped beyond belief... Craigslist has a bunch of places, but I figured that checking here too would be a good thing.


PS: LOL, thank God for proof reading, I accidentally typed "Horse To Rent?" in the title as I was having a conversation with a friend about Emerald Downs...

 

House only, or condo?

 

Condo works, but at three bedrooms (preferring four) and a two car garage I guess I just assumed that a house would be an easier find.

 

Good luck with your search. I recently saw one on the Windermere website, but not sure if it is still available. I know an agent there if you want to go that route, feel free to pm me. I don't blame you one bit - it's alot of driving - my husband used to do Bellevue to Tacoma and he nearly feel asleep at the wheel in the early mornings. At least you have a great car to enjoy on the road!

 

There is a house for rent in the area I live in that is around 3K, but it is bigger then what you're looking for

Did you find a place? My Grandmothers old house is for rent right there in Bellevue. Could not ask for a better location. About 2 minutes to downtown Bellevue. It's an older house, but well maintained and recent updates.
