What are the symptoms? If you like you could bring your car to my place. I have a floor jack. We could take the wheel off and take a look. If something is broken it should be fairly obvious.

Well, when you're driving slow, and are turning the steering wheel, you can hear this moan/squeal sound. At first I thought it was the steering wheel itself or the PS pump. I looked online, some people said its because of the cold weather or there is air in the PS pump. Then last night when my sister opened the door, I hear this "ehhh" sound. I jacked up the car today, the sound went away, so I guess it was something rubbing, but the "ehhh" sound is still present.

I'll PM you

It sounds like you have a brake pad wear sensor possibly touching? Hard to tell without looking at it though.

slidingk1 is infamous around these parts
Sounds like the brake pads are gone on the inside of the front caliper. I doubt it's anything too serious. Does the car pull left or right??

I know its not the brake pads. I heard the "eeehhhh" sound when my sister had the door open, then when we got home, I heard it again. So I pushed on the car, and I heard it. Like rocking the car, it only came from that one area..

From the way you explain it sounds like a worn out suspension bushing or one needing more grease. If it's just a "noise" and there is no additional vibration or pull left or right to affect the alignment then that's all that I can think of. Did you curb the car, hit anything on that wheel etc... recently? If not take a close look at the rubber components of your suspension.
