I am always down to rent it out for a weekend. There is Directv, and it is fully funrished. . $200.00 per night. 2 night minimum. It is a 3 bedroom home. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a twin. The master bedroom does have a jetted tub made for 2 people.

How big is the lot? Is the beachfront "yours" or is it like Hawaii, i.e., no private beaches?
