lolz i already had a savings acct for my son / daughter since i started working at the age of 22. every paycheck - $200 to that acct.

 

HW-the lot isn't too big, from the pictures you see the lot line is 10 feet or less off the side of the house. The beachfront is OURS and the beach is PRIVATE Great thing we have is the 2+ mile beach at the end of the street is 100% private also.

The price was adjusted after doing research of other homes in the area. I am still under value on a nightly basis for other waterfront homes for vacation rental. If you want some nights let me know and we can work something out.

Just got to the place. We caught the last few minutes of the sunset. The mountain views and the water coupled with the lights of house across the water its just amazing. If anyone needs a getaway I recommend booking this place. We will take pics tomorrow once there is light out again.

Guys I just got back from the place and it was fantastic. The views are amazing and so is the house. Can't say enough good things about it. I didn't touch those Zimas. Bruce is a great guy to deal with, all around a great experience.
