But I need to sell this place!!
Located on the south end of Whidbey Island just 10 minutes away from the Ferry dock, you will feel like you are hundreds of miles away from home. One thing that we loved about this place was how easy it was to get here, and how secluded you felt once you were here. situated one hour away from Downtown (if you time the ferry right) you will love Whidbey Island and all it has to offer.
This home was built in 1999 and we owned the property since 1974. my father passed away last year so this has forced us to sell the home. We are very aggressive on the price right now and WAY under market value compared to any waterfront home you can find for sale on Whidbey Island. Sale Priced at $899,000

upstairs you will find a well appointed Pool room that does include the Pool table shown. This is a 9foot table and was bought in the mid 70's. recently resurfaced it is a true joy to play on. There is a wetbar located in this room also.
As you walk in the french doors into the master bedroom you are greated with this view you can enjoy every morning you wake up
The master Bathroom is well layed out with 2 sinks, jetted tub, a great shower, and toilet with separate room.

Good luck on the sale.. you have a very nice place out there on the waterfront. Nothing better than waking up to that view! Plus I was born there, so I may be biased..
Whidbey is great.. we get a group of friends together every year and rent out a home on the water. Its a vacation mentally, yet your only minutes away from home.

I love view homes. I like my Lake Washington view, but your view makes my crib seem ghetto in comparison! I wish your place was closer to downtown. Good luck with the sale!

I am always down to rent it out for a weekend. There is Cable, and it is fully funrished. I can get cable set back up for anyone interested. $200.00 per night. 2 night minimum. It is a 3 bedroom home. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a twin.
