Need recommendation for LITAGAION LAWYER

Details modified.

Long story short.

I bought a car from a dealer. The dealer presented the car as accident free and provided a carfax report to back up their claim. Days after I bought the car I found out that the car had been in an accident and more importantly the dealer was aware of that, and still told me the car was accident free.

I'm not looking for legal advice on the internet.

I'm looking for recommendations for good local litigation attorneys that I can speak to and find out what my options are. I'd absolutely appreciate if anyone can help me. I'm located on the Eastside.

Have you tried to go back to the dealer yet? I had a situation with Park Place when I purchased a BoxsterS there a few years back. I drove off the lot (with a used car warraty) and they represented it went thru a thorough inspection and everything was in working order. Within a week, I had $5,000 of repairs that the warranty company would not cover as they said it was pre-existing condtion. I raised a real stink and threatened to make alot of noise. After relentless negotiating, they reluctantly ended up writing me a check for $5,000. You might start with negotiating with the dealer before you incur legal fees - worth a try. Good luck and so sorry you have to deal with this - that sucks! I too would be curious what dealer you purchased the car from please.

Give me a call at the office tomorrow (360) 782-9000. I don't handle these types of cases, but i know a couple trial attorneys who specialize in lemon law cases. I don't have their contact information at home, but i have their contact info at my office as this question seems to come up quite a bit. Definitely go with an attorney who has handled a lot of these cases as the issues and laws are somewhat unique.
