30,000sqft on 5.6 acres in Issaquah with garage parking for 200 cars.... pretty cool concept, however, $26M is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced. Mark, I think this thing could fit all of your cars, maybe.

yea, but lets get one with more road and less house......a tent and an out house on 2.5 square miles of twisties sounds like a better use of $24M and still have $2M for donuts !!

It's been around a while now. There are a few of these out there. I think anyone spending that much will likely want to create their own vision.

according to the mortgage calculator the monthly payment is about 108,000. I was willing to go to 100K, but 108K is just too much...

Even then, few spend that much on a house in remote places as they have to think about getting rid of it at some point.
