Oh the temptation.....
Oh the temptation.....
So I walk into the gym this morning and there in the lobby area is a display from Lynnwood Motoplex. A new Yamaha R1 and a Victory Hammer all done up. Bitten by the bug I went out and took a look around today at what the bike world has been up to lately. Can't say that I like the look of the new Honda 1000RR, but the 600RR looks fantastic! Great paint and body work o them now. I also took a look at an R6 in bright orange like the LP640's out at ERTC
and finally a Triumph Speed Tripple in White.
R6

600RR, I'm digging the white:

Just for Mark! SpeedTripple in

Hahah! James! Remember when we went to Bellevue Lambo and you saw the nice, shiny black one calling your name! Now the bikes are calling you!
Todd loves his R6. He's been pleased with his choice and has really enjoyed taking it on the track and on back country roads. If you decide to pick a bike up, give him a call! He's always up for a drive!

Regarding the MSF course, I've had my license since 1999 or so, just have not had a bike in a while. I went from starting on a GSXR600, to a 600F4i to a 954RR. Sarah likes the R6. Just wish they made an R1 in that color.
Nice! BMW also just came out with a new sports bike designed to compete with the best of them. The new S1000RR. I have to admit, I'm tempted too. But I'd probably want a Ducati 1198 first before this.
193 hp
403 lbs
First sportsbike with ABS/trac control
Too bad it's not a looker.

Holy crap! It looks like my grandpa's weird cousin, the one with the droopy eye and smells bad that always wants you to sit on her lap and kiss her hello. With tongue.

I was at Condatta's Motorsports in Wenatchee last week and they offered me it's little brother, the 990 Superduke in matte black for 10K.
That's a nice looking bike too. I'm really leaning towards the streetfighter/speed triple style of bike. I used to have a problem with my back/shoulders hurting from riding my 954 a lot. The street fighter style bike is more upright, but still maintains the sportiness of the bike....
