So I'll be up the rest of the night yelling at the TV and hoping for something (ANYTHING) to go wrong with Peugeot and their stupid 908 HDi-FAP... The damn car is so very fast, and Audi can't keep the radiators and intercoolers clear.

With the exception of LMP1 being exactly what I was hoping it wouldn't be:
1: Peugeot Sport Total (9)
2: Team Peugeot Total (8)
3: Audi Sport Team Joest (1)
everything else looks great in the race.

A couple of Porsche RS Spiders lead LMP2, a pair of Corvettes lead GT1, and two Ferrari 430's are leading GT2.

Go Audi Go!

 

That Peugeot is better looking then the Audi, IMO.

Well a good run for Team Seattle... Not so much for Audi. There's always next year.

 

I dunno....Peugot was supposed to win last year. They might be the new dynasty in LeMans

Jeremy, Aside from the RS Spyder entries-are any other Porsche's running?

 

Porsche RSR cars were in the GT2 group, but they got their *** kicked by the 430GT cars and even the Spyker

 

I thought Porsches were supposed to be unbeatable in GT racing?

 

and they were for the longest time then the factory Team pulled out and only independant customer cars were entered without factory support. I do not know if this was the case this year or not.. gonna do a little research at lunch

confirmed: After winning the Le Mans in 1998- Porsche withdrew its Motorsport division and only privateers were entered.

The RS Spider did win it's class, lets see them sell one of those for the street... Paging H20Skier, one in Carrerra White, right?

I can't believe the Vettes went in for a pre-finish detail before the end of the race for photo opps. What BS.
