Holiday Advice
Ok 6ers,
As many of you know I’m a criminal defense and traffic defense attorney. This is the holiday season. I hope no one on this board will have a couple of drinks and decide to drive. But in the event you do and come in contact with law enforcement, here is my advice.
Do not answer any questions
Do not submit to any field sobriety tests
Do not provide a portable breath test
Request to speak with an attorney
At the station provide a breath test and do not answer any questions.
As I said above, I hope no one on this board finds them selves in this situation.
