I had the pleasure of taking Apolo Ohno, Winter Olympics Speed Skate Gold Medal Winner, on a nice 2 hour test drive in my 2010 LP670-4SV in and about Seattle last night.

What a pleasent down to earth great guy!! I was so suprised to see how many people were SHOCKED...first they saw the car, starting snapping pics as always..then one person would say "hey that's Apolo Ohno"..then the crowds started snapping like crazy and the c.LP670-4SV was just a car..LOL

We had a blast..I must say I did exceed the "posted" speed on the road quite a bit...but thought I had a great excused if stopped..

"Hey look, I have an American Hero here" I got to get him to the Airport fast..

I WAS able to convert him to the "Dark Side" from his thoughts of a 458 F car for his upcoming 28th birthday present to himself...

 

Very fun story Roy! I'm sure when he gets a new toy from you, you'll be able to convince him to come and play with us all at ERTC. =) Just tell him to go and drive by some big furniture store windows in each color. That way he can see how good he looks in them. That's what I do when I test drive cars. LOL!

 

Let him know the SV comes with a free green vest so he can help us "Parking Thugs" at ERTC.
