So I'm leaving home and its about 7:16. Where I live usually there is traffic going down our hill depending on each day/time. Today there wasnt much, but the lights turn red quick, so it takes some time. Anyway, I'm stopped behind this car with me usually half car or more gap when I see this black truck coming real quick and not slowing. Last minute this guy brakes and slams into the back of the TSEX at about 40mph. My mom and I get some bad whiplash. I'm in the middle of the road stopping all traffic cause of this ******. Turns out he was taking something out of his bag and said he didnt see me. I didnt take any pics cause after the 5-0 left I went home and the car didnt drive straight so I had it flat bedded to body shop. I'll get pics from the body shop, damage seems about $7-8K


Yeah, also Enterprise sucks. Those ******bags made me wait five hours till I got a rental, and I didnt even get it from them. From like 1 to 3 I was waiting for a car, and they wouldnt give me one until I gave a $150 deposit. Last time I got a rental from there, they only asked for $40. So I ended up having to ask someone for a ride to the body shop where I had to wait for a loaner to come back at 5:30, and I didnt end up leaving the shop till 6, and I just got home 10 mins ago.

 

TSEX? Where can I get one of those?

I was tagged like that at a light years ago... I just don't get what people are thinking sometimes... to plow into completely stopped traffic is just nuts.

 

Two times in a month. The first one wasn't that bad, this one is. Trunk is smashed, bumper is barley hanging on, tail lights fell off, headlights dont work, trunk frame is bent, so trunk doesnt close, exhaust is bent, and a bunch of other ****.

PM replied. Like I said, get your injuries documented if nothing else. If you're an active person, you may not need treatment, but have someone check you over. Also keep a pain journal/etc. It will help come settlement time.
