As most probably know, the GoldRush kicked off last night and today. I was able to stop by both days and grab some photos. There are some serious cars on this rally. Twin Turbo Gallardo 560, brand new Ultimate Aero (Can you guess who owns it??) and a ton of Lamborghini, Ferrari, and other exotics. If I'm not mistaken, Fred's GT3RS is the only Porsche so far.

By the looks of the color scheme and the mask of the driver, I would say the SSC is Ben's.

I did shoot the night activities and so did Guy. I haven't had a chance to go through mine because I was down at ORP with the boys. Speaking of which, that brings to mind a funny coincidence. When we were on our way down, we headed down through Yakima but Mark headed there by way of I-5 > I-84 East. On I-84 heading East, he spotted the Gold Rush caravan headed in the other direction towards Portland including Ben and his cronies. I thought that was a funny coincidence.

In all, I do wish that I could have made it out to see the guys leave in the morning but I had to get ready for ORP that day. I had a great time and my 997TT survived it's first real track day! But I'm getting off the point here....
