Mirror is secured in place with some crazy epoxy that Josh used. Still is fine other than they don't rotate upwards for tight space parking. There is also a black gap between the mirror and the attachment on the door.

Just admit you were wrong.

I just want you to know that I am looking into bringing a small claims suit against you.

I also will be there to share my experience when anyone talks about getting a new car or any time your reputation is mentioned. I have absolutely nothing to lose here.

Sounds good. I never claimed that he pitched it as a permanent fix. He glued it in place until we could replace it. The replacement stopped after you decided it was too expensive to live up to your word. It's still glued in place just as he left it.

I think Aaron that ther is a situation of perception here..you see it one way and I see it another..and it obvious that no matter what the circumstances are...you have a great LACK of communication and problem resolving skills. Just the fact that I left the door open in the last e-mail with my comment.."your thoughts" left any "reasonable common sense" person to pick up the phone and discuss it our respond to my e-mail..or in your lucky case speak to me face to face any of the numerous times you have seen me since this alledged time table of events took place..but no, not a call, letter, e-mail, come up to me..NADA..just a "all or nothing" type of person..but that is your choice..as it is mine to tell you to jump in a lake after almost a year later to bring this up..and in the wrong place as well..EVEN after still today trying to correct it with an offer..that you again are to stubborn and short sighted to see the ways of a solution to an issue.

You choose the car that was priced at the absolute bottom of the barrel for its year, make and miles..any common sense person KNOWS there is a reason for that...you picked the car..not me..and YOU still bought it against my expert advice AND bought it. You signed as/is warranty multiple times, in the contract and seperate warranty sheets. Per your admission you have not had any of the work discoverd at the PPI corrected...all to save a "buck". You wanted the best of the best for the least..just does not work that way..

I am curious what you will do when the crank shaft spins out and causes great damage to your motor since you have elected to ignore the PPI and not repair the clutch and throw out bearing..will that be my fault as will..or what if you loose control on the wet streets and cause damage or death or injury to an innocent person because you failed to replace the "needs tires" PPI discovery.

Plain and simple, you rushed into a car at your young age against all recomendations..and now, for what ever reason you have a buyers remorse and wish to share it with all at my exspese almost a year later..and of course you take NO responsability for your choice..it is everyone elses fault but the choice you cleary made yourself..

You are free to share your thoughts with how ever you wish...and purchase from how ever you wish..you just will not be purchasing from me....as I would not sell to you. I am old fashioned and when I get puched to much and throw around about threats and lawyers and all this new "talk to my lawyer young attidude BS" yes, I will dig my heels in and tell you what lake to jump in and how far to swim out to the middle..consider yourslef as being told.

I was just speaking to a few others in the business this past weekend about how it is ALWAYS the low baller buyer that causes the most headache as they want the most, for a ridiculas low price point and are the loudest to scream when it is not as perfect as they expect it.

"You picked it, you KNEW it was the bottom of the heap and you took it" Live with your choice as it was then and as it is still today, as well as when you go to resale..this car was and will always be totaly price reflective in its pricing and value of product.

As far as court, I would be happy to have an independant person let you know you are wrong in this matter. So get it filed I am glad to accept service by mail..it will say you the $15.00 service in person fee. After that the first step is a required court mediation sesion..which we can both waive and move direct to the trier of the facts..which I am sure will be the route you take based on your current appplication of the situation.

Thanks Roy Cats

MAN you just dig a deeper hole..

So there has been no change to it in 11 months since Josh "glued it"..then why did you say that three days after you had it it fell off..did you reglue it again..?

It must not be tha tmuch of a safety issue or problem for you..I mean, lets get real..ANYONE that can afford this car..can EASILY put on their credit card $1500.00 to repair a needed item and go the proper channels for re-imbursement..for if nothing else the saftey issue of the use of a side view mirrior..

Yes, the more you attempt to decieve with the story you weave...will you get the picture..you regret your purchase of this car and after 11 months feel a need to lash out.

What are you talking about. The mirror fell off a few days after you delivered it to me. I took it to Josh and he glued it back on as a temporary fix. He then told both of us that it needed to be replaced and then in the email I posted earlier you said you wouldn't fix it because it was too much. It's still glued in.

I can afford to replace the mirror easily but that is not in question here. The issue here is that it's your responsibility to fix it since you delivered a damaged product to me, promised to pay for repairs and then later refused to.

Do you even read your posts before you hit submit?

everyone has has their say here and there is obviously no agreement to be reached between the parties involved here on this forum so please settle it privately...everyone has been allowed to have their say several times, and resolution of this matter does not appear to be possible on this forum, now take it off the board please or you will cause this thread to be closed, which I don't think you want...can we get back on topic please

Roy,

I did what Josh recommended. He told me I would be fine driving it until the clutch showed issues. He drove the car with me before and after the tires and said everything looked fine. He checked the CEL and said he thinks it's indicators in the exhaust and not to worry about it unless the car shows signs of a problem. Stop talking out of your ***. You have claimed so many things in this post that have turned out to be FLAT WRONG minutes later.

You keep avoiding all of the key issues and you go on these 6 paragraph rants about buyers remorse and rushing into a car, none of which is true.

The key issue is this: You sold me a car with a broken mirror which was never disclosed, promised to pay for it and then later refused. You can huff and puff all you want but these are the facts and they have not been dis-proven.

I wanted this thread re-opend for a very very simple reason..I am a sponser here. I choose to be here..and I dont think it looks good or is good business when the kitchen gets hot that a thread I am involved in...good or bad or in-different gets shut down. To me it smells of cover up if a paying sponser involved in a thread is shut down.

I am a grown boy and can and welcome all comments. I may not always be right and I may percieve things in ways others dont...but I dont want anything hidden or swept under the rug. I think any and all memebers have the right tio read and comment as they wish...and make their own conclusions from there..as I will take all comments and concerns into consideration in my day to day operations.

What I will not do is allow to be "black mailed" into something..nor will I allow myself to be slapped in the face time after time and then asked if I would like to kiss and make up...I am old fashioned..and once I have done everything I feel I can to resolve an issue that invloves me..I am done and stuck in the sand like a palm tree.
