Ive visted Spokane a few times and I actually enjoy how fast everyone there drives, much better than Idaho which seems to be having the same issues as Seattle just not so many prius's

I don't know what the deal is, but every single Saturday on the way up to E@RTC this is ALWAYS some clown in the left hand lane going < 60MPH. It's usually about 7:30am, hardly anyone on the road and there they are.... putting along in the left hand lane. So maddening! 
Seems like it always a minivan with some clueless moron behind the wheel or a friggin' Pri-***.
