I would recommend forest hill exotics in montclair, NJ. Talk to Ron Brown. He just did some nice work on my buddy 03' white porsche TT. His username on here is EMR. for wheels and a rollbar, only thing i would ever do is powdercoat them. paints gonna chip too easily.

these guys have done all kinds of powdercoating for me and they can do some pretty radical stuff too if needed.

Thank you for all the replies! My wheels have been dropped off, and my brother is dropping off the roll cage this week end. I'll post pics and give you my thoughts on the work done once complete.
