From what I hear, a lot of the guys on the ER forum use Frank Desousa. I have him in my phone as well in case I ever get hit.

I ended up going with Michael Palumbo with two tickets that are out of NYC. I received one, found Michael and a short time afterwards I got another. So i called him again. Hoping he will do some good stuff.

Wow! How does the point system work in Ny? I know in California, if you get 3pts or more, your license will be pulled...Is it the same there?

In NY it is 11pts or more than 3 tickets w/in 18 mnths that gets your lic suspended..

A little bit more reading seems to reveal that speeding ticket (mine in the BX) will be handled in administrative court not same as judicial court and henceforth no real ability for defendant to plead case... I read it is just a formality and that defendant is just going to be found guilty - period. So I am thinking of trying on my own rather than plunking down 500 or a g on a spdg ticket.
