Porsche Certified Mechanic in the NYC area to diagnose IMS Failure?

My 2005 Porsche Boxster S's engine failed and needs replacement. My indy shop took down the engine and looked at it and says it's due to a broken connecting rod.

I would like a second opinion.
I'm looking for a certified Porsche Mechanic to re-diagnose the cause of engine failure. I'm hoping it is due to IMS failure. (Porsche will cover some of the cost of repairs if so.)
My car and engine is currently at a shop in the Bronx, NY. I will pay for the diagnosis and transportation if needed. Thank you!
