New XKR
#31
Yes - but I'm not sure that the additional 40 horse warrants the additional ~$30 K that Jaguar is asking for. My 0-60 is 4.6 seconds and the XKR-S is 4.2. Not sure that I would ever notice the .4 second difference.
All this being said, I wouldn't turn down an XKR-S if someone wanted to give me a nice present!!

Good point. I guess what I meant is that the XKR is enough for me and I really couldn't justify the additional expense of an XKR-S. I really do prefer the look of the XKR in the 2011 model anyway.

exclusivity, mainly, its just like anything else, probably only a limited amount, anyone know how many will be made? Great information though, subs'd

While the XKR-S has a very aggressive front facia, the base model looks more prissy. I like the 2010-2011 much more. The 2007-2009 was nice as well. The vent openings on this new model just aren't doing anything for me.

The XKR-S looks totally bad ***! That said, I agree with the above poster in that the 2010-2011 XKR's look better, sportier, and more aggressive than the 2012's. What's up with that, Jaguar?
