You can run this car on a dyno at the SEMA show behind the Central Hall. On a separate dyno nearby they have a 59 Chevy that really cranks up the volume. The Lexus is OK, but no manual available, just the 8 speed auto. There is also an autocross course and Lexus display tent.

So is the transmission a CVT with defined ratios or what because showing 8 speeds into a single box is impressive.

it's quick yes but heavy too. i have read some fairly negative reviews on it so far.

its true 8 Speed, the same unit on the LS460

wow...faster than i thought it was gonna be. traps almost as fast as the c63 amg. not bad, not bad at all!

114 in the 1/4 mile is sick for a car of its weight. Not to mention TOYOTA reliability.
