I have 2 x FD's in my garage
Darth Vader is the one which is a street car. It has a full HKS T51kai kit and all the bolt ons to support that...Aprox 410 HP with 13 psi...

This is the Trackday car and it is just a blast to drive on the racetrack...
I did buy it from Japan and it was made buy Mr. Fujita from the company FEED and I can asure you that they have spend no expense when they did make this car. It has ALL the good stuff to make it a fantastic race car.. It has a Greddy TD06-25G and makes 355 HP with 11 psi.. It could do the Tsukuba circuit in aprox. 1.00 minut with a good driver (NOT me.. he he)

I track my R1 at Laguna Seca on occassion - it's a GAS (if only they would remove the 95 decibal limit ALL the time I'd tracl it even more - it's pretty loud).
Curious what your white one weighs as it's pretty stripped....have your weighed it?
Your Hp numbers...they at the flywheel or rwhp?

Ahhhh, I still miss my RX-7.
1993 Base with Leather...APEXi 'Isamu' Turbo Kit, Work Wheels, Border Fenders... Tons of other goodies. It's coming up on 10 year since I got rid of it. yikes.

i've thought about getting one until i found that it will be really costly to do all the maintenance work(?) so i dropped it.

I had a 93 touring model...red on tan interior, w/ the upgraded stereo.
I loved this car and still do. Best of all was the seating position and the way the dash/gauges/shifter wrap themselves around you.
RX-8...big disappointment.
