Too cool!

It reminds me of a grassroots approach to this Volvo wagon.

I really dig the dash too!

Are you using the 6 speed getrag manual tranny from the Supra as well?

They are 240Z ZG flares. I purchased mine at here http://www.classicdatsun.com/ though there are other sources.

I have a build thread at Supraforums http://www.supraforums.com/forum/sho...ght=datsun+510. Neglected it toward the end when my laptop took a dump, but quite a few pix there. Also my cardomain site on the last few pages.

No, using the R154 5 speed from the previous gen turbo. Works with the JDM only 1jz flywheel. Uses the same clutch and everything.

Thanks. And thanks for all the nice comments from everyone. Makes all the hours worth it. Jalopnik linking it was a trip. Tons of comments on there which was cool to see.

aweeesome.
curious about the turbo>IC piping though. why does is it have to go way over the engine? why can it not go turbo to the hood, then 90 straight over to the IC?

Lol, I keep getting this. I'm going to have to see if it will fit if I clock the compressor differently. I had this pipe on the other engine and didn't re do it for this one. My concern is that it will either hit the hood or the strut tower depending on how I run it.
