Not according to my definition. If I can buy it from the pump of a local gas station, then that's my criteria!

Edit: One exception to my def: I won't run 100 octane even tho its avail at the local pump--so its $4.00 per gallon or under! But in general I just don't want to mess with drums!

that's a great idea! I'd love to let it be on display at a shop or something so I could get the needed garage spot. Too bad Titan isn't closer as I don't think there are any shops nearby that would want it--but maybe a detailing shop as the paint is as nicer than it came with from the factory.

Edit: Where is the Supra Museum anyway? I believe its a fictitious place in the minds of supra enthusiasts

Saying you don't want fuel from a drum is one thing (I agree it's a pain in the ***), but E85 is definitely race fuel regardless of where it comes from. I wish it was more available where I live...

Well it doesn't feel like race fuel when my wife is filling her avalanche (flex fuel) up with it--but I get your point based on the properties and octane level.

The Supra drinks it at a rate I'm still shaking my head at! I had over 1/2 tank when we left to go 30 miles to the Ritz last night and we cut our night short because the Supra was running low! That will take some getting used to!

You should convert the Supra to flex fuel, bro. When you're running low on E85, you just fill her up with 93 octane and everything adjusts automatically. No muss, no fuss.

I honestly think you should keep the Supra. The Z06 is a nice car, and modded...even better.

They still make them. The Supra is not. You can always get another Z06, never another Supra....especially as mint as yours is. I appreciate that. On the forums I troll, its often where somebody finds an OEM example and mods the **** out of it.

Thats not the point. Its a OEM car, that should stay that way for people to enjoy. Unmolested and original. You cant buy that. Corvettes.....meh.

Yes I am poor, and my opinion is worth less.....but its still mine.

LOL i was just researching around on supra forums (might be picking up a 94tt 6spd to play with) and i came across your thread there seems like they dont want you to get rid of her but someone there brought up that you can add lifts? im not sure if you have the space to do it but, if that is possible that would save a lot of trouble

Sell the z06. Reasons:

You even said you didn't like the yellow
It's still depreciating... Cheaper to replace in the future with a better color or zr-1.
You take the supra to car shows.
The z06 can be replaced, the supra can't.

Well I do appreciate the feedback. Hua is about the only one that seems to share my sentiment; however, I do believe there becomes a point when there are exceptions. I'd hate to see someone pick this Supra up and go put 15k miles on it per year and "drive it like they stole it."

Yes - was moving towards the direction of listing the Supra and asking for input on the value. That was not a smart move... In fact don't think I've had anyone supporting seeing me sell it.

Overall I agree, but have been planning on repainting or wrapping the TTZ given the engine bay is black its not that bad of a job. I take the TTZ to car shows as well.

Looking at your other cars and what you seem to enjoy sell the Supra.
The z06tt is worth more if you sell it but if you enjoy driving it still what's the point of having that dead weight that is almost a collectors item that you're scared to get a rock chip on?
You can't say a car will become a collectors item only time will tell and it's usually around 35-40yrs from the build date before that happens so if you're holding onto the Supra for what it "could" be worth you got a long time to go still.

You could make a short post on Supraforums and it would be gone instantly for $30k and maybe closer to mid\high 30's if you wait for the right buyer.

The z06 you could unload VERY quickly for $55k as well.
Also the c6 z06 is the best the corvette has ever been challenging and dominating the current supercars of it's build years as well and the new one is looking butt ugly so that's something to consider as well.

I think one serious thing to consider is once you have a TTG are you going to be driving the z06 or will it sit there just the same as the Supra would? If that's the case I would unload the vette.

So in the end are you going to be driving the vette still or is that extra $20-30k you would get for selling it over the Supra worth having liquid as opposed to keeping it tied up in the car.
Is this a car you would even "want" to replace if sold? You have a wonderful stable of legendary cars already.
Which has the cheaper\easier maint costs\tax\insurance etc...

That's minty mint Supra.

On mine I run an AEM ecu with two maps and switch, E85 and 93 pump which will also be my C16 map. Seems to work out just fine.

We have quite a few E85 station in Houston so I haven't had the need to fill it up with 93pump.
