08 350z build

new to the forum mostly been hanging around on nissan forums, but figured id branch out

straight to the build list and strip down

BC 4.07L stroker(8.59:1 pistons)
GTM3" open dumps (exhaust manifolds and the open dumps ceramic coated)
CJM twin hangar with x2 wahlbro 255's
CJM full return
gtm stage 2 TT with the gt 2871's with the .86 AR
For now the deatschwerk 850 c injectors that i had but eventually upgrading to 1200's and a 30 or 35 series turbo
Os giken triple plate clutch/flywheel
Arp headstuds/L19's
Cosworth headgasgets
Port and polished heads
Polished lower plenum

exhaust manifolds and down pipes are back from coating




block arrived back today from darton (took little over 2 months:suicide everything looked good though and is off to the machine shop to be assembled! should have it goin back in the car here in another 2 weeks. heres a few pics of the sleeves

CJM Twin hangar fuel pump (wahlbro 255's x2)


os giken tripleplate





block assembly starting



and got some shoes for when the cars back together too



thats where its at as of now blocks being assembled this week and going back in the car next week so hopefully should be wrapped up soon

will do! adding a water meth kit to the build list aswell when i go in for the final tune after break in. trailering the car back up to the shop doing the work friday, then flying out to vegas for sema. if all goes well car should be ready to go when i come back from sema and ill start the break in after all said and done with the water/meth im hoping to squeeze 700 whp outa these (gt2871's .86 ar) we'll see though XD

motors just about done just need to hook up the collant lines for the turbo's and put the timing cover and everything on the front and its good to go

motor is now in the car, fuel system is going in tomorrow and the heat cycling will begin

update. motors in, cars running on break in tune!


cars back in the garage at home, will update when break in is done and final tune is complete with dyno sheet and video
