The eagle has landed. I happened to be en route to the Bravos game Fri. night and spotted it coming up from the toll booth. We sat next to one another for around 20 mins. stuck in traffic closing in on Sydney Marcus BLVD. Black and loaded for bear she was with yellow calipers, if I remember correctly.
Alas, not my cup of tea. I found it very forced and feel its appeal may only reach those who worship at the Porsche alter. Shockingly odd to see what looks like wide body 997 from the front with extra doors and a bolbous rear .....which is unlike anything I have ever seen. It also, oddly, looks likes the occupants are sitting on the floor.
I kept saying to myself "please like it, please like it, please like it". I must still be in OZ 'cause clicking of the heals and a steady chant failed to relieve me of what felt like despair. Some will love it for its flavor and zing and the rest will hate it for what seems a bit spicey over done.
This not a bash, just an opinion. It's simply chicken noodle vs. chicken noodle with...jalapenos, chili powder, mushrooms, mayo, and cooking wine.

I did place an order on a Panamera Turbo some 2 weeks ago at my local dealer here in Sthlm; was first tempted to get myself the new MB S65. Though the Panamera has grown on me hugely and aim more than happy with my choice. Though the waitinglist in Sweden for one of these is a joke ().

N4-Dark Blue Metallic
NA-Espresso Natural Leather
819-Carbon interior package
417-20-inch RS Spyder Design wheels

P81-Adaptive sports Seats w/memory
638-ParkAssist w/cam
CNR-Diffuser painted
650-Electric sunroof in glass
866-Privacy glass
640-Sport Chrono Package Plus
450-Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB)
176-Sports exhaust system
712-Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control

Hej!

Are you getting it from the Porsche dealer by segeltorp? Are you not able to get one in 2009? Did they tell you when they would be getting their first ones? I will be in town in a couple weeks would love to see one

Hej globalm3!

Yes, I did order the car from Porsche Center over in Segeltorp; I have good contacts with staff at Porsche Center down in Borås and had planned to get the car from them but things did not work out as it was suppose to. Nope, I did order my car (way) to late to get a 2009 delivery. Would have been possible if I had ordered a Panamera S though, or if I picked up a dealer speced P. Turbo. But not very keen on either.

I did not see any Panameras in their showroom or in their car yard, but some could very have arrived by now and I would imagine that Segeltorp will get some of the first ones in Scandinavia.

Ps: are you swedish?
