who else traded their Cayenne? HELP

i know i sort of posted this but who else has really looked at trading their ever useful Cayenne for what may be an even more useful Panamera????

a few spats out their on the site about what "useful" means - but better storage means a lot to me in that arguement = the seats of the Panamera blow away my GTS - and any Cayenne- for folding etc etc

my dealer has gone for my offer on an amazingly loaded 4S but i have to sell my maunaul GTS - thoughts?

you seem determined to get the P4S, so just go for it.

objectively the panamera can never have more utility than a cayenne.

I never found folding the rear seat backs of cayenne bothersome as it only takes 2 minutes.

they should have made the back seats of the GTS the 40/20/40 split like the Panamera - the bolstering on the outside rear seats makes the process painful and ultimatley less useful than the standard Cayenne

whatever i do - the rag top stays!

Just do it. I'm on the same boat looking to trade for the Pana. I've had "performance" suv for the past 6-7 years and they are just not the same as proper sports cars. By looking at your list of cars, I dont think the GTS makes much sense since you already have a LR3. While capable, I have no confidence in taking my cayenne off road with the 21inch GTS rims, as they are already bent from just potholes. I think the pana has plenty of utility, and if you have the means to do it, do it. ( and sell me the carbon fiber parts if i decide to keep mine)

I was planning to trade my '05 CTT, but recently sold it for more than i was offered on trade. Also trading my '07 C2S Cab. Both for my new PanS that was built yesterday. Should have it in a month.

It's got me thinking too, but a nicely optioned P4S is over $100K, right?

My '09 GTS only has 2,000 miles, and has a sticker of $92K. What do you think they'll give me on a trade? I'm thinking below $70K....not sure if it's worth the premium.

the prices for the panamera are a lot higher - these are CDN - but my GTS was around $110k - looking to get $75plus but i have had it for 17 months

the P4S i am looking at here lists @ $158k but i cut a deal for $141k - as i have mentioned before, it is an overloaded launch 4s.

more cash but that panamera is a nice machine - i think it would be a riot in the snow

I traded my 09 TTS for a Panamera Turbo.

Granted the Panamera is really nice and cannot be taken everywhere. So I got an A3 for daily use/skiing/pets, etc.

decided to sell Cayenne as well as because the longer I held onto it, the more I was gonna lose (with new model around the corner).

But just test drive one and it's a no brainer! Plus you will have the latest toy around the block. That's always a nice feeling.
