Detail shots of speedART Powerkit for Panamera Turbo

Just got this system in, so we figured you guys might like some close-ups. This is speedART's Powerkit for the Panamera Turbo w/Soundswitch, which includes: 1 high-flow air filter, 2 downpipes w/200 cell high-flow sport cats, 76mm (3") dual center pipes w/pre-silencer, 2 sport mufflers with Soundswitch capability, and 4 100mm (4") tips with the speedART logo. Output rises to 520 hp and 538 lb-ft of torque without touching the software.

Here's speedART's official pic:

And here are the detail shots of the exhaust:

any details to performance improvements?
and as well, any soundclips?

I doubt anyone will ever want to buy without hearing it first.

I've edited the original post to include a full product description. This kit increases power to 520 hp and 538 lb-ft of torque. We don't have any soundclips yet unfortunately. I'll definitely be posting them up once we have them!

This kit is being exported out of the country. So stay tuned in about 2 or 3 weeks this system should reach its final destination and be installed. Soon as it is we will definately post up videos.

Thanks for the pics and details! Looks like a nice system. Can you use the sound switch if you do not have the sport exhaust factory option?

A sound clip and price would be great.

EDIT: Price on the website is $9,292

I like the resonator design, I imagine it is quite effective. It also appears that the downpipe cats are constructed differently between the speedArt pic and the actual product. One looks like there are two cats in-line and the real product looks like there is one cat.

some might suggest you can gain 20hp from an ecu tune.

Yes it looks as they have made some revisions prior to production.

The car can also over $150,000. So 9k for an exhaust for a 150k car that's production is far less than say the Cayenne or 911. You also have to factor in purchasing a car for development plus your time for R&D and you also have to factor that because its not a high production car you have to expect that your not going to sell very many of them. If you can afford a Panamera Turbo 9k shouldn't be too big of a pill to swallow.

Is this a 100% bolt-on?
How does the power-switch work if you do not have the sport exhaust? Do you have to run a vacuum line?

Didnt mean for this to be a discussion was my .02 but hey you replied..

I can afford 150k, but no way I would pay 9k for such a small return. Hey to each his own just not a move I would take.

I understand what you are saying, this is the reason many things not only in the car industry never get developed.... As a investor I would never put R&D of this return....

It is expensive but not too crazy for a full downpipe, cat, and mufflers. Cats can easily run $3-4k, mufflers $2-4k and $1-2k for a mid pipe (check out dinan and tubi products for full size sedans). Throw it all together with the sound switch and $9k is not out of the ballpark.

It certainly seems like a few hundred bucks and a good welder should be all that it takes but I dont think it is, I have tried. The last thing you want is to turn your sweet ride into a droning raspy POS. If you have a proven and tested alternative option you should share it.

Aftermarket parts NEVER make economical sense, they just don't. And for that matter, new expensive cars are a sure way to loose money as well. Buying an expensive car, or multiple cars, is not a rational decision, it is emotional.

Yes, the speedART exhaust is completely bolt-on. For Panameras without the factory sport exhaust, all the conversion parts are supplied, including the vaccum line.
