Tint problems anyone??

So I did hooper optix tint on my panny and noticed a perfect scratch on the passenger side going from top to bottom. 2 weeks later I rolled the driver side down and same exact scratch exactly the same spot.....

No way its dirt it has to be in the door...

Service advisor said he did notice this on some others but said it is not a door issue..

Anyone else??

Yep same here. As you might imagine it will get worse.

Hooper Optik window tint I believe is a little thicker than other types of tint. So maybe something is scratching the window as it goes down and up.

If I were you I would see what the window tint installer has to say about it and see if he is willing to try and make it look better or something.
yes, I would go back to the tint installer, rather than porsche...

Thanks for everyone input. His thought is if the car is scratching the tint and it's not a defeat it's really not his problem.... At $500 tint it kind of suks.. You think they can fix the seal and is it really a "issue"

Cool Panamera Tint

Some experience here on the passenger side ............. guess I need to apologize to my 10 year old who took full blame for this!
