Radio turns on when key is inserted

Radio turns on when key is inserted
Just picked up a white Panamera for my wife over the Memorial day weekend. The radio turns on whenever the key is inserted into the ignition. Does anyone know how to disable that function?

More Complicated
Three Options:
1. Turn OFF the PCM system by holding down the volume button for several seconds. Then when you start the car you won't get the annoying radio.
2. Turn the volume completely off, ie CCW. Then the radio turns on but you can't hear it.
3. Your living with Option 3 now.
