With the OEM paddle shifter wheel, the in-dash screen functions are handled via a rocker switch. It just isn't as functional, nor as clean, as the multi-function wheel for the Panamera.

I too am looking at doing a conversion, and after researching am thinking I'm going to go with the TechArt paddles. Also would be interested in having the console shifter reversed... anyone know if this is possible?

TechArt is the way to go!

Many thanks to Justin and CEC - East for a great install. The TechArt Paddle Shift retrofit kit was the perfect solution for me. Not only do I now have traditional paddle shifters; I also get to keep all of my multifunction buttons.

Just got my Techart installed yesterday in CA. I have the new steering wheel that lights up when on sport or sport+ and Carbon fiber..It didn't fit few weeks ago but Techart updated and it fit perfect! Love the quick shift of PDK.
Thanks Claus and Gordon @ CEC west.

Techar paddle shifters only way to go

I also added the Techart paddle shifters to my multifunction wheel.

All I can say is WOW! What an improvement over the stock pdk shifters. Better pricing than other alternatives. Sharkwerks idid the install for me.

Even looks oem. Truly optimizes pdk shift and feel. Jeff

I appreciate your business. It was nice to have you and your wife come down from Naples. I hope the traffic was easier on you for the trip home. I know I would've been anxious to use my new paddles to flick through the gears on Alligator Alley!

The new paddles feel and function like they were oem - AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN! Alligator Alley was a blast.
